International Real Estate

STRS Ohio's objective for investing in international markets is to achieve returns in excess of 20%. Our preferred investment vehicle is a fund, as STRS Ohio does not pursue direct investment. Fund managers should possess successful track records of international investing, strong local networks and sound strategies for future investments. Funds with allocations of less than 15% to the United States are preferred.
